1. Who Can Enter? (Eligibility)

✔ Open to South African residents aged 18 years or older
✔ Available to both new and existing clients

To enter, participants must complete at least one of the following qualifying actions:

✅ Request a valid short-term insurance quote
✅ Refer a new client who completes a valid quote
✅ Accept a quote with me as the broker on record
✅ Refer someone who accepts a quote with me as their broker on record

✔ What qualifies as a valid referral?

A referral will be considered valid if:

– The referred person is a new client (not an existing client or someone who cancelled within the last 2 months)
– The referral completes a valid short-term insurance quote
– The referral has given consent to be contacted for insurance purposes

🚫 Referrals that will not qualify:

– Momentum or Momentum Insure brokers, staff, or referral agents
– Clients who have not completed the quote process
– Duplicate or fake referrals

👥 What type of entries are allowed?

– New Clients
– Previous Clients returning for a quote
– Existing Momentum policyholders who request a broker change to appoint me as their broker of record (with valid broker change completed)

✅ A successful change of broker on an active Momentum policy counts as a valid new entry.

2. How the Draw Works

🏆 The random draw will be held on the day mentioned above under who can enter.
☎️ The winner will be contacted via email and phone
⏳ If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected

✔ The cash prize is R1,000, paid via:
– EFT to a valid South African bank account
– A Cash Voucher
– Paid directly into the policy account

✔ The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged
✔ Draw will be held on the https://wheelofnames.com website.

3. 💰 Prizes are only payable when:

✔ The client’s or referred client’s policy was implemented successfully
✔ The first 1 consecutive premium is collected in full
✔ The referrer has an active policy with me at the time of payment
✔ Payment will occur in the month following the 1st successful debit

4. Consent & Legal Responsibility

📢 The referrer must have permission from the referred individual to share their contact details.
⚖️ The referrer indemnifies me and Momentum Insure against any claim arising from sharing contact details without consent.

✔ This campaign is not a lottery or form of gambling, but a promotional initiative aimed at encouraging financial awareness and responsible insurance decisions.
✔ There is no obligation to accept a policy.

5. Disclaimers & General Rights

❗ I reserve the right to:
– Disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not meet the rules
– Cancel or amend the campaign due to unforeseen circumstances
– Withhold bonuses or prizes if terms are not met.

This campaign is a recurring campaign, and a new lucky draw can happen after the above-mentioned month.
